Episode 7

[Cody Calafiore]

So Brendon left by a 6-0 vote no less. Guess he was even less connected than what I had surmised.

Now I'm watching this HoH Competition play out - I guess it's a good one for me to be sitting out of since I wouldn't have a clue how to play mancala and I would lose unless everyone else is equally clueless.

Sabrina, Keesha, Topaz and Kenny remain in with a chance of victory - if the winner of the Topaz & Keesha matchup knocks Kenny out in their Semi-Final I should be good hopefully, since Topaz is super pro-Sharknado, Keesha is part of a new alliance that we're constructing and didn't seem angry at me putting up Brendon and Sabrina made a deal with me last week, so if they were to keep their word, I'd be good.

If Kenny wins, of course I'm going up.

Although I have to admit I was so delighted when Brendon kinda trashed Kenny on his way out. I couldn't really have asked for much better than that from someone I'm responsible for sending home.

Had the weirdest chat ever with Roddy... He was asking me if I was playing in another game with Kaitlin (which I am, although she wouldn't know it's me unless someone told her; she's using same AIM as this game, I am not) which is just super shady, like it is so obvious he doesn't trust me and/or thinks I am working with her...

The other thing is that the only person I told that Kaitlin was in another game was Alex, so either Alex told Roddy or Roddy just guessed at random which definitely isn't plausible.

I still haven't had the chance to chat with Alex about everything that went down, but by the looks of things, I may have majorly screwed that up too, which sucks because he was my #1 priority...

On the bright side, neither Alex nor Roddy will be HoH this week so they can have some time to cool down, and as the last week proved, a lot can change in one week... Having said that, if Keesha wins, Roddy will definitely be in her ear about nominations, and I do not know the extent to which he dislikes/distrusts me...

So yeah, I'd love to see Sabrina or Topaz win it ideally. That would not only be amazing since everyone wrote them off as being competitors, but it would legitimately shake up the game and hopefully keep me safe, as well as potentially ousting someone I want out.

The mood in this room is so icy, the polar bears can move here once the snow caps melt.

I knew that these guys weren't going to be happy if I nominated Brendon, but I really didn't expect a reaction to this magnitude. It's like freaking scary - it's so awkward to talk to them and I think they're hiring the mafia after me or something. If I wash up on some beach tomorrow, blame Roddy.

I really hope I can salvage these relationships. I don't really care if I can't salvage something with Roddy, but Alex has been my closest friend right throughout this game, and I would not like to see that change over something so insignificant.

If I can't salvage these, then of course my time in the house will come to an end at some point, probably sooner rather than later, but if that's the case, hopefully I can burn the place down before I go... don't ask me how just yet.

The other worrying thing is that Alex said that Kenny is really good at the mancala game, so if that proves true and he wins, it's not great news for me, but hopefully Sabrina or Topaz or even Keesha is better at it than he is.

OMG SABRINA WON! I breathed a huge sigh of relief that Kenny didn't get it.

Obviously you can never know for sure, but we did have that deal on the table, and she just told me that I'm 100% safe which is a great feeling!

She's also considering putting Angie and Kenny up which is freaking AMAZING if she does that because it's basically the exact thing I would have done if I was in her position. Hopefully she goes through with that, and then I can play in the PoV and make sure the nominations don't change in any way, because whoever goes home in that position is a win for me.

But that girl is in the HoH room, I have to work my charm and see if Codrina is a go or no. Let's get this feisty Italian showmance started already!

I spent the night chatting with Sabrina and Alex separately. Looks like #Codrina is a go, and we can have a hot Italian love story.

Meanwhile, Alex was acting his usual self again which was great, and we chatted a fair bit, and I figured I'd mend things and solidify ourselves by setting up an alliance name for just the two of us.

After a fair bit of discussion, we are now "The Grounders" #TheGrounders this is straight out of The 100 which was plastered on the walls of my HoH room which Alex really loves too so it is sort of a perfect fit even though slightly random!

Things feel a lot better all of a sudden, and I hope to see Kenny and Angie sitting in those seats by the end of the week. I'd prefer Kenny out, since I probably have a lot more of his blood over my hands, and Angie is crawling closer and closer to Public Enemy #1, but really seeing either of them go this week would be great.

Sabrina's nomination ceremony went down perfect! I couldn't have asked for anything better really.

Unfortunately I wasn't selected to compete for PoV, and I really wanted to win it and not use it to keep these nominations the same. I will have to rely on Alex or Topaz doing so, or Sabrina assumably. I guess Keesha might go for that also since she's close to Sabrina from what I gather.

Having said all that, even if I was playing, I don't really know how well I'd do at this one, since it doesn't play to any of my strengths really...

I do have a feeling that first one is GinaMarie - don't ask...

Nonetheless, it's not fun to be sitting here with no control over what happens when I really wanted to win one, but hopefully things play out well, and I should be safe either way, even if something bad comes to pass.

Sabrina won the Veto, which is great! She really killed that one, although I'm kinda stunned people were guessing GinaMarie for some of the perfect grammar/spelling ones and NOT for that really obvious first one... maybe they didn't know her as well as me...

Anyway, hoepfully Sabrina does what I expect her to do and that Veto goes unused. After that, Alex would want Kenny gone and so would I, but either scenario is beneficial to my game one way or another, so it will probably not have a major impact on my game if indeed they are the final nominees.

The Veto wasn't used, the nominations stayed the same, and this week literally went perfectly from my point of view, unlike the shambolic catastrophic trainwreck that was last week with me in the HoH Room.

Obviously I need to chat around and see where the votes will fall, but at this point in time, I am happy to vote either way because these are two people that could be coming after me, and seeing either one go would be beneficial to my game moving forwards.

So Alex left me that while I wasn't here and now it seems like whatever chances we had of working with Roddy and Keesha are blown up, and quite frankly I do not care.

Having said that, I completely agree that it is much more beneficial for us to keep Angie and evict Kenny because I do believe that Angie would go after Keesha and Roddy before she would go after any of the Sharknados, so even though that alliance has sorta fizzled of late, I still think it exists to some extent and could help to a degree if Angie were to hang around a bit longer.

Then Kaitlin said:

So I got this message from Angie that I just read, obviously she is trying to save herself, but what she said intrigued me a little. I don't know whether she's just grasping at straws to save herself or if she knows something but it might be something we have to keep an eye on. Her main plea was to keep her because she's strong in challenges and she wants to go after the duo of Roddy/Keesha. I'm still voting to evict her, but I think we might need to keep an eye on this and maybe look into it? What's your opinion?

And I replied with the following:

Interesting! She hasn't spoken to me in ages so I'm not sure what she's up to, but I know from last week that Roddy & Keesha are really close - Roddy was campaigning for Keesha's safety and all that, and I'm pretty sure he would've taken her off the block if he had won the Veto, so that may indeed be our best move to take one or both of them out soon.

I don't really mind voting either way tonight in all honesty, because I nominated Kenny last week so he'd probably come after me if he won, but obviously taking Angie out has its benefits too. The other thing is that Roddy nominated Angie when he was HoH, so I do believe she'd target Roddy at the least. I'm not very sure where the other votes stand though, so it's hard for me to decide until I get to speak to some people, but hopefully they're up and online before I head to sleep tonight and I can chat to some and we can keep each other in the loop!

I don't know if Kaitlin would vote to evict Kenny, but I will try to swing her around. Angie probably has a couple other targets before me, while Kenny is definitely going to nominate me were he to win, since I did the same to him. If he were to stay and win HoH at the Fast Forward, Sabrina and I would likely go up, and I would imagine that Roddy and Keesha would save her, and so I would need Alex, Topaz and Kaitlin to save me, which I could quite possibly pull off, but this is all assuming a Veto isn't used etc etc.

On the other hand, if Angie stayed and won, Keesha and Roddy could quite possibly be the two nominees. We have to take this with a grain of salt, but I think it would be the most beneficial move for Angie herself to put the two of them up.

So ideally, we can swing Kaitlin to evict Kenny and that would put us in a better position moving forward. The other problem that this poses is that after the events of last week, the reason I kept Kaitlin in terms of what I told Alex is that I didn't believe she was close to Angie. If I tell Alex that I can swing Kaitlin to keep Angie, all of those doubts may resurface, which could be even more dangerous than keeping Kenny.

Basically both situations have their pros and cons, so I just watered the seed that Angie planted in Kaitlin's head and I will sort of leave it up to her to see how she will vote and I will go off the back of that.

I'm very excited for the Fast Forward tonight. Hopefully myself or someone close to myself can win HoH and we can go after someone like a Keesha or a Roddy, or Kenny if he stays. It promises to be an exciting night.

I really don't know with any degree of certainty what is happening. I only managed to speak to Keesha and she voted to evict Angie. Apparently according to her, Sabrina knows that Angie is going after Keesha and it would benefit her to keep her if it is a tie, so that throws a spanner in the works...

All I can say is, can't wait to wake up and see what happened and do this Fast Forward!
