episode 08
So coming off of surviving eviction, I am super pumped. I'm ready to win HOH and I'm decent at live competitions, so I thought that I would be able to get the job done. The HOH begins, and it's the competition I've been preparing for all summer: Before and After.
That's not what it was actually called but you get the idea.
So, I get every question right and I win HOH! I think that Kenny threw the HOH, because the last question was pretty easy and he knew he'd be safe if I won HOH. He claims he didn't throw it but I don't really care regardless. Anyway, this is necessary:
I AM SO HAPPY THAT I WON! I NEEDED IT SO BADLY.
Me, to Cody:
The best! I love Janelle. Anyway, winning HOH is the best feeling. As I begin to map out the end of my game, Roddy leaving during the fast forward couldn't have gone much better. I'll explain why.
Firstly, Cody is 100% my target this week. He knows this game well and he can win comps. He and I are the only two people to have won HOH twice. He's definitely my target. However, there are some complications:
So yeah, Cody leaving may be tough. I get that. But I'm willing to take my chances and put it all on the line for the POV. If I can keep nominations the same and get Cody to be evicted this week, it will be the BEST.
Despite knowing my nominations, I don't want to post them just yet. I need to find out from Cody who told him that Roddy and I were making deals with everyone. I will only partially believe what he says, but I want him to give me a name. I want to use it as black-mail to make sure I get 2 votes on him at the end of this week. I think that Topaz will vote the way I want, but if Kaitlin and Cody have a deal via another game, and Kenny votes with Kaitlin, then it's up to Sabrina. I love Sabrina and trust her a lot, but I know that her and Cody have a deal. So I need that information.
Kaitlin and Sabrina view each other as huge threats, and will go after each other at the final 6. I need them both here, so they can have that war at that time. In an ideal world, Cody and Kaitlin will be the next two evicted, with Sabrina winning the final 6 HOH. With Cody and Kaitlin gone, and Sabrina not being able to compete, I stand a great chance at winning the final 5 HOH. I know that's far off but the end-game is about winning competitions, and I need to be able to do that.
As I was saying, Roddy leaving works out well because if Cody goes next, I am in a great spot. The only thing that will really fuck this up is if Cody and Alex win the POV. They cannot do that. That will ruin everything.

- Alex told Kaitlin he wanted her out now. That is going to make Kaitlin evict Alex, and I intend on sticking Alex up next to Cody on the block.
- Cody and Kaitlin are potentially in another game together. I don't want to let Roddy's exit speech impact my game, but this information has to have some backing? I still trust Kaitlin, but I have to keep in mind that she probably wants Cody to stick around.
- If Cody or Alex win veto, naming a replacement nominee will be very hard. There's a lot of pressure from my alliance to backdoor Sabrina, but I would not do that. Sabrina is their target, not mine, and I view this as an individual game. I am a loyal ally but if I am HOH, it's my week. I don't know what I'll do if Cody or Alex win veto.
