Hello everyone! I'm so excited to get this game underway tonight. I've seen this series around for a few years now, and it's always caught my eye. It may be hard with work and another game, but I am going to definitely carve out some time for this give it my all to win! I've heard such great things about this series, winning would be an honor. My schedule doesn't conflict with the live challenges, at least.
Heading into this game, I do have a bit of an idea of how I want it to go. Ideally, I'll be social and float through the first two weeks. Then in week 3, I'd like to make some kind of a four-pack deal. You know, a group with a name. Obviously, I'm willing to adapt as the game goes on, but that's kind of the strategy I'm starting with.
I know I'll definitely be around tonight and tomorrow [already cancelled plans] in order to be seen as social and active. I know that the first HOH is going to be some kind of mini-BB, and I'm not sure I want to win it. Okay, I know I said in this post that I wanted to float through the first few weeks, but I also don't like throwing competitions. We'll see what happens.
At some point, I need to go back and read through other seasons. I read through Gina/Helen's season [Charm, I think] and it was good! But I believe there's a competition that quizzes you on past seasons, or requires knowledge? Maybe it's this first BB-mini. Okay yeah I think that's it. Might be doing some reading tomorrow!
Anyway, I'm excited for the game to begin today at 5 and I'll be around and I'll be ready. Love you all!

Okay, update time. Mainly because I can't be bothered to add anything else to my journal right now! I hate doing stuff like that. It's so boring to me.
Okay so anyway, the game started Sunday! First, we had a HND competition. I wanted to win this because it gives you immunity for the week; however, I was under the impression that we had to make four people have-nots. But now I found out that we don't, which makes it much more enticing to win. Anyway, I did pretty well in the challenge which was fine. I certainly didn't feel the need to win, but I'm glad I was able to answer in majority for 3/4ths of the questions. Natalie and Ronnie didn't compete, which makes me think they have a good chance of being nominated.
Then earlier tonight, we had our first head of household competition. Alex, Angie, Brendon, GM, Jenn, Keesha, Kevin, Sabrina, Topaz were the 9 that competed. It was a BB mini, which I was expecting because it's been the first HOH of every past season. It mostly went well, I thought! I didn't go up until the final 4, so that was nice. It was pretty obvious that Sabrina/Kevin were together, but it didn't really bother me that they're probably close. It's so early, it's dumb to freak out about things like that. Kevin and Angie were definitely the best at the competition. I think Angie's going to be a big threat in competitions. She got 7/8 and had a great TB answer for the HND (she was just over by 2,) and she did some great work in the HOH. I have my eye on her.
I have had great conversations with Kenny, Sabrina and Angie, but I haven't really talked game with anyone but Kevin, as I am trying to lay low. I don't want people thinking I'm some big strategist, so I just talked game with Kevin for my safety.

I think it went well! I feel like I'm in no danger for the week, which is good. I'm not going to bring up game with anyone else. I'm just going to continue to be social and ride through the week. Should be a pretty easy week 1.

Not much went down tonight, really, or at least nothing out of the ordinary. There were a lot of people online and things were really social, but nothing really happened. I got to talk to Cody and Jenn, so the only person I need to talk to on an individual basis is Natalie, who I assume is going to leave this week, barring she wins the POV. Kaitlin was calling out Natalie in the main thread repeatedly, which was hilarious. I love Kaitlin.
Kevin kept me safe per his word, and put up Natalie and Ronnie. They didn't do the HND competition, so no surprise there. Then, a third nominee went up, which was Jenn. That was scary! People are assuming that Roddy put up Jenn, because Roddy is at HND, and I guess that's the power over there? I'm not sure. I think it could have also been pandora's box. The only way to find out is to get over there myself, so I'm going to really and try and win HND next week to see what's up over there.
I know I said I wouldn't do this, but my first alliance was formed tonight. I didn't suggest it! But you can't say no, you know? So, here it is:
 
Conversation with Jee
So yeah, I think that went well. Basically, Jee asked me for an alliance, and I said yes, but I warned that we shouldn't expand it into a group. If I had to choose right now, my ideal 4-pack would be myself, Jee, Kevin, and Sabrina. I think Kevin and Sabrina would be loyal, but would also be bigger targets than Jee and I. But yeah, nothing until week 3!!!! At least nothing I form. Of course, I won't say no to anything that's offered to me.
So yeah, that's about it for tonight. I've just been around socially, but not trying to really stand out. I'll update my memory thread at some point for all the shit that was posted on day 3. Can't be fucked to do it at 2AM.

Sorry I've been so terrible! I'm on vacation so I have limited AIM time. I am going to try and be on mobile throughout tomorrow and reconnect with people. I assume most are voting for Natalie, and that's what I've heard from Topaz and Kaitlin, so that's what I'm going with. I think Ronnie should leave though, but I'm not going to really mess with anything this first week.
I get back from vacation Monday, so I will be back to my normal self activity-wise, then.
